How soon can I get my cables after I place an order?

The standard lead time is 4 to 8 weeks. You can expedite your order with an expedite fee.

What is your warranty period?

5 years for stainless steel cable assemblies, but have yet to see any failures. We will correct any assembly if it is shown to be our error.

Can I place a blanket order?

Yes, you can schedule up to 1 year, SSI has terms that are negotiable. Contact us to discuss your requirement.

What if a connector breaks?

If the connector breaks, SSI can send you a replacement connector and assembly for a replacement fee.

What are the high and low temperature limits of selected assemblies?

Low loss stainless steel assemblies are limited by the dielectric to around 300 degrees Celsius, but will perform below 25 degrees Kelvin. Limits for other types of assemblies will be furnished on request.

Does SSI have inventory of stock items?

A large inventory is on hand of standard cables and connectors, but no assemblies are stocked as all orders are made specifically to the customer’s specifications.
